Return & Refund Policy – Swadisth Rasoi™

At Swadisth Rasoi™, we take pride in delivering premium quality Makhana (Fox Nuts). All our products are carefully packed and sealed to ensure freshness.

Since these are perishable food items, we follow a strict Return & Refund Policy to maintain product quality and safety.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement will only be accepted if:

  • You have received a wrong product (different size/variant than ordered).

  • The product is damaged, defective, or tampered at the time of delivery.

  • The product is expired at the time of receipt.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of issue (clear photos/videos of the product and invoice) by emailing us at support@auraventa.in.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed packets.

  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

  • Returns raised after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased under discounts, promotional offers, or clearance sales.


4. Refund / Replacement Process

Once your return request is verified and approved by our team, we will arrange for:

  • Replacement: A fresh pack sent at no extra cost.

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

Note: Swadisth Rasoi™ reserves the right to reject any return/refund request if it does not meet the above conditions.
